• Survey form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details you choose to give about the room and the work.
• WhatsApp: the details you type into the message and your phone number, which WhatsApp shares with us when you send it.
• Email: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
• During a survey and job: your address, notes and measurements about your property, photographs of the roof and room, and the details needed for the quote, invoice, Building Control notification and guarantee.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare a quote. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To carry out the work, issue invoices and provide the guarantee. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To notify Building Control where the work is notifiable and to keep business records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
• To keep the website secure and working. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe website.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

• Our enquiry form provider: the survey form on this site is provided by a customer relationship management service that stores enquiries on our behalf, under a contract that requires it to keep the data secure and use it only on our instructions.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
• Building control: the local authority or a registered building control approver receives the details needed to notify and sign off notifiable work.
• Our website host and email provider, which store data on our behalf.
• Anyone we are required to share information with by law.

The service area map on our contact page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers. When the map loads, your browser requests those tiles directly, which shares your IP address with the tile servers in the same way as loading any web page. The map sets no tracking cookies.
